INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Isadora® refried beans
1 prebaked pizza shell (12?)
2 TBS. olive oil
½ medium onion, finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning (1.25 oz.)
1 small can (6 oz.) tomato sauce
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated (about 1 ½ cups)

HOW TO COOK

In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.  Add chopped onion and cook, stirring, about 2 minutes, until onions start to soften.  Add ground beef and cook, breaking up, until cooked through.  Drain off any excess fat and add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.  Cook together about 3 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside. 

Preheat oven to 450° F.  Place pizza shell on a baking sheet and brush all over with remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.  Spread IsadoraÒ refried beans over pizza shell, leaving ½” border at the edge.  Top with half of ground beef mixture and then with grated cheddar cheese.

Place pizza in oven and reduce heat to 425° F.  Bake for 9-12 minutes.

(Note: Taco meat mixture is enough for 2 pizzas.)
