INGREDIENTS

1 pouch of Isadora® Whole Black Beans
10 tomatoes, cut into fourths
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 cups of water
2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder
Salt to taste

HOW TO COOK

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion on medium heat until transparent. Add the garlic and tomatoes and sauté a few more minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.

Blend all the ingredients, strain the mixture and return it to the same pot. Bring to a boil over low heat, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Add the whole black beans and let it cook for 3 more minutes. Serve with bread.
