1 package Isadora® Black refried beans
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 green chili, seedless
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of cilantro
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste

1 egg
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Slices of American cheese
Hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato and onion
Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO COOK

For the dip, first heat olive oil in a frying pan. When it’s hot, add onion and cook until it turns transparent. Add garlic, green chili and red pepper and cook a few more minutes.

Combine the mix with cumin, paprika, oregano, cilantro, salt, Isadora beans and a cup of water in a blender. Blend until the ingredients are well-mixed.

For the hamburger, combine ground beef, onion, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients together, then shape the mixture into several hamburgers. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the hamburgers until they’re well-cooked.

To serve, stack the meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and dip in the hamburger bun.
