INGREDIENTS

1 pouch of Isadora® Refried Black Beans
1 cup of canned corn
16 tortillas
Oil to your needs
Lettuce, thinly sliced
Radishes, sliced
Cheese to taste
Sauce to your preference

HOW TO COOK

Heat the oil in a frying pan (quantity will depend on the size of the pan).

Mix beans and corn in a bowl.

Lay a tortilla on a cutting board and spread the bean mix into it. Then wrap the tortilla to form a taco. Repeat with all remaining tortillas. Use a toothpick to support the tortillas every two tacos. Sauté until golden brown. Remove the toothpicks and serve with lettuce, radish, cheese and sauce.
