INGREDIENTS

1 cup of Isadora® Black refried beans
1 pouch of noodles
1/4 cup of oil
2 pasilla chilis
4 mulato peppers
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion
3 cups of chicken broth
Salt to taste
1 cup of chicken bouillon powder
4 tablespoons of cream
1/2 cup of shredded cheese

HOW TO COOK

Clean the peppers and remove the stem, veins and seeds. Sauté the peppers in a skillet without letting them burn. Put water to boil, and when it’s boiling, add the peppers, leaving them in it until they soften.

Combine the peppers with the garlic, onion, chicken bouillon powder and a cup of chicken broth in a blender.

While the mixture is blending, fry the noodles in a pot filled with hot oil until they’re golden brown. Drain off excess oil and remove the noodles.

Strain blended sauce, then pour it into the hot pot that you fried the noodles in. Blend the remaining chicken broth with Isadora Beans and add it to the pot. Let the mixture boil until it is well-seasoned upon tasting (add salt if necessary). Then, add the browned noodles.

Cover and cook on low heat until the liquid evaporates, and the noodles are soft. Serve with shredded cheese and cream.
