Cheese Raviolis with Bean Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of Isadora® Refried Mayocoba Beans
1 pouch of raviolis
3 cups of water
1/4 cup of chipotle chilis
2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder
2 tablespoons of oil
Salt to taste

HOW TO COOK

Place beans, 1 cup of water, chipotle chilis and chicken bouillon powder into a blender and blend until the ingredients are well-mixed. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the sauce. Season to taste and if necessary, add more water.

In a separate thick pot, heat water with salt until it boils, then add the raviolis. Let them cook for 15 minutes or until sauce. Serve the raviolis in the sauce.
