INGREDIENTS

1 pouch of Isadora® Refried Mayocoba Beans
12 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups of cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons of butter
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Habanero peppers
5 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper
Avocado (garnish)

HOW TO COOK

Sauté habanero peppers, tomatoes, 1 garlic clove and onion in a frying pan. Remove the seeds from the chilis and blend everything with a dash of salt and water.

In the frying pan, heat the butter and sauté the chopped garlic. When the garlic is golden brown, add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and paprika.

Spread the refried beans and shrimp filling on a warm tortilla and serve with the habanero sauce.
