INGREDIENTS

1 Isadora Mayocoba Refried Beans pouch
1 teaspoon of oil
¼ chopped onion
½ cup or 3.5 ounces panela cheese
2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
SIDE DISH
5 sliced tortillas
4 tablespoons of oil
1 avocado
1 cup of cottage cheese

HOW TO COOK

In a pot heat the oil and cook the onion until it becomes transparent.

Transfer the onion to a blender. Add beans, cheese and chipotle chiles and blend ingredients until a thick sauce forms. Return the mixture to the pot.

Add the chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Heat the rest of the oil on a pan and fry the tortilla slices until they become Golden brown and crunchy. Drain them on a paper towel to remove the excess fat.

Serve the bean cream with the tortilla slices, cottage cheese and avocado.
